For only 99 cents each you receive a lifetime license to use the tracks freely as many times as you want in background music for your web pages, videos, podcasts, slide shows, multimedia presentations, audio books, documentaries, games or just listening on your MP3 player.

LICENSE AGREEMENT
The music files are copyrighted and licensed by JARogers.com under the Creative Commons agreement. The music files can be used for commercial or non commercial purposes and can be sonically manipulated as long as credit is given to JARogers.com as the source of the files. The files are not transferable and all lending, renting, trading or reselling of these music files is prohibited.

SHIPPING:
There is no shipping charge for the MP3 files. After purchasing one or more of the MP3 files, you will receive an email with the music attached. The music is also available in the larger WAV file format on CD for an additional handling fee of $5 per CD plus USPS First Class shipping.
